S$60/day for 2 persons

Option B:  ( Without Aircon ( Only Ceiling fan )
S$42/day for single person
S$50/day for 2 persons
Additional:-
Add : 1 time cleaning services $20.00

Deposit $100.00 - $200 depending on length of stay
( Deposit will be refund upon departure with no damages )

Term & Conditions:-
a) Strictly for NO smoking, NO pets, NO cook, NO friends allowed to walk in & basic house rules applied
b) For all kind of people with civic-minded and tidy tenants only
c) Free once a week laundry for above 1 week rent
e) 2x Housekeeping services for rental above 2 weeks rent.

Rental includes : Share Bathroom, Water Heater , Free Wireless Wifi , Refrigerator storage for cold drinks, Free Coffee & Tea.
